Exercise Regularly
The
most significant benefits of exercise
are only achieved with consistent and
persistent performance of your chosen
activity.
Do not be a weekend warrior or a
temporary zealot.
These people are the frequent
guests of the emergency rooms and the
Physical Therapist's office.
They start with no plan, too much
intensity, and they give fitness a bad
name.
Make exercise a habit of 2 or 3
sessions a week for 25 to 40 minutes.
Keep the program simple and have
a plan of action.
